En kategori jag brinner lite extra för är wearables. Allt man bär på kroppen som loggar, fotar, lyssnar och monitorerar dig är väldigt kul. Däremot råder det delade meningar om vad man ska med informationen till. Jag tillhör dem som tycker det är kul och intressant att få fram en massa nyttig information men jag tar det inte på största allvar utan låter dessa guida mig i livet. Om man är orolig ska man alltid kontakta en läkare som kan göra bättre tester.
Men just dessa hälsoband tycker jag är extra intressant eftersom jag själv kämpar med vikten och kosten. Jag gillar att träna men är lite lat, jag ogillar att äta så jag äter för lite och när jag äter äter jag fel. För några år sedan tyckte jag att jag åt bra och rörde mig lagom, men så fick jag ett hälsoband på armen och sedan dess har hela min värld vänts upp och ner för jag åt så himla galet och rörde mig nästan inte alls.
Så det är med hjälp av dessa band jag i dag har bättre koll på vad jag stoppar i mig och hur mycket man faktiskt bör röra sig på en dag.
Jawbones band bäst på marknaden
Jag har testat många märken men återvänder alltid själv till Jawbones modeller. Jag gör det för att designen på banden tilltalar mig samt att appen är oslagbar. Det är det som är det viktigaste när ni själva går på jakt efter ett hälsoband, utforska appen först. Den ska vara lätt att förstå och ge er all den info ni önskar.
Design
Jawbone har alltid gjort sina band rätt diskreta. De är smala och ser mer ut som ett smycke än något hälsoband. De första generationerna sålde de dock i många klara färger men nu börjar man tona ner dem, antagligen för att de ska passa alla människor oavsett stil och arbete. Tidigare modeller hade inget ”lås” utan gick omlott, denna up2 däremot har ett lås som jag inte är så förtjust i, det går lätt upp och jag har tappat bandet i bland.

Vad är inte bra då?
Trots mina fina ord så har den så klart nackdelar. Det ena är låset som jag blir galen på, det lossnar i bland. Det lossnar alltså inte av sig självt utan om man gräver i en väska eller stoppar handen i djup ficka. Min systerson fipplade i ett par sekunder och fick loss det från min arm, han är 6 månader.
Det andra är en sak jag verkligen saknar och det är en lösning för att direkt på bandet se hur långt man kommit av sina tex 10 000 steg. Up Move funkar så att man trycker på den och ser då på en cirkel hur många procent man nått, det vill jag ha i alla deras band för att slippa ta upp mobilen och starta appen.
