Vilken tur man har att man har så underbara klienter att man kan köra passen tillsammans. Det kallar jag effektiv träning. Har haft klient från halv7 nonstop idag så då är det underbart att man har så bra relation med alla. Drack shake på ena passet och en var i desperat behov av lite pisk så han fick komma in på min lunch så åt under det passet:) Men de slipper inte undan för det utan de får svettaaaaas rejääält:) Idag blev det axlar och armar efter Sinaidas upplägg. Sinaida ska gifta sig i Febr och jag tränar henne 4dgr i veckan. Supertufft pass idag och vi fick verkligen ut all kraft och muskeln tog slut rejält! Underbart! Det ska bli kul att se hennes utveckling!

Today, I went to the beach front with my children. I found a sea shell
and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said ”You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She placed the shell to her ear and
