Är du sur?

Jag tänkte förklara lite hur jag tänker kring kosten. Jag tänker ofta efter kroppens PH värde. Alla kanske inte har hört om syra/basbalansen tidigare ? För att förenkla det så kan jag förklara det såhär:

Frukt och grönt skapar basiska reaktioner i kroppen medan annan föda skapar en sur reaktion. Vi intar överlag allt för hög koncentration av sur föda anser man och därmed för lite basisk föda.

Olika organ i kroppen behöver olika pH-värden. Blodet är exempelvis alltid svagt basiskt. I magsäcken är pH-värdet väldigt surt. I tunntarmen sker vårt största näringsupptag. Här ska pH-värdet vara neutralt, dvs. ca 7 till svagt basiskt.

Symptom vid försurning kan exempelvis vara försämrad matsmältning, tarmbesvär, förstoppning, leversjukdomar, gallsten, trötthet, ilska, irritation, högt blodtryck, muskelstelhet, parasitsjukdomar och candida, stroke, dålig syn, skört skelett, övervikt och astma. Upplever du och tror att din kropp eventuell är försurad? 

Ät då mer utav basiska livsmedel. Se exempel nedan:

De flesta grönsaker och rotfrukter, frukt, bär citron, grapefrukt, svamp, bönor, kalcium/magnesium tillskott, chlorella, en del örter.
